Appointment times shown below are for home inspections along with any services added to that inspection.  
To schedule an appointment time for a standalone service such as sewer scope or radon test without an inspection, please call 971-217-8898 or email roanna@blueladderpdx.com with the address and service needed.

Once appointment is made, there is a $150 cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours or less of scheduled time slot.
