Greetings… my name is Tim Damm, and my wife RoAnna and I run Blue Ladder together. We are native Oregonians, I am a licensed electrician, licensed contractor, and Certified Master Inspector®. RoAnna is a professional designer and "Tim" manager (which is needed and much appreciated). She helps make sure everything runs smooth for both me and our clients. I have worked in the construction and home industry for over 25 years and completed over 1000 hours of training specific to my inspection license. Working as a commercial electrician, builder and home remodeler has brought me a solid and unique background with all aspects of property construction and the real estate industry.

Home buyers normally don’t get to meet the inspector they choose until after they are hired. I recognize the trust you are placing in me and my work ethic. You and your agent have put in substantial time and effort to get to the home inspection stage. I do a thorough, honest and factual inspection. I will explain any issues with the home and help to quantify how big or small the problem actually is.
